The sweetest and most special little blanket has arrived at my home~I cannot wait to give it to my daughter for her baby (my granddaughter;-) to use all of the time. Especially for walks in the stroller...;-) Thank you! It's perfect!

Stitching My Own Way

had always wanted to learn how to sew and decided to take advantage of my part time job at the local Jo Anns to learn as much as possible from my co workers and the customers. In less than one year I went from novice to sewing my own formal gown! After that, I started sewing all sorts of things. I had plenty of time on my hands because finding a full time job was difficult in our new location. My sister in law got a look at what I was making and encouraged me to sell here on etsy. I gave it a shot and discovered my table linens and diaper bags were a hit! Although my shop is still growing, I love the privelage of hand crafting something special for every customer who places an order.

A Plus Crafts now accepts credit cards as well as Pay Pal. All custom orders will be paid for in full before I begin working.
A Plus Crafts now ships all orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Buyer will be provided with a tracking number in order to ensure delivery for both the buyer and seller whenever possible. Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to provide me with the correct shipping address. An incorrect address (on the part of the buyer) that results in a lost package will NOT be refunded. This is because most of the items in my shop are one of a kind and/or are difficult to replace. I appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Refunds and Exchanges
Items may be returned for a refund, less the cost of shipping, provided they are in the same condition as when originally purchased. You must contact me within 30 days of your original purchase in order to be able to return your item.

Should a package get lost in the mail according to the tracking information, the buyer may choose a full refund (less the cost of shipping), or to have a replacement item made and shipped free of charge.

If an error was made on the part of A Plus Crafts regarding items ordered, you may contact me and I will exchange the incorrect items for the correct items.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you would like to place a custom order, please click on the "contact seller" link located on the left hand side of the store page. When working on a custom item, I like to maintain communication with the customer via etsy conversations to ensure the order is exactly what you want. It makes the process much easier if the customer responds in a timely manner to any questions or concerns I may have about your order.

Please note that I do custom orders based on the honor system. Once we have discussed your order, determined price and deadline, it will be done. I also ask that the item be paid for in full at the time you place your order, or at the time I notify you of the total amount due. This is to prevent customers from backing out of a customized item after I have put the time and money into making it. In order to have a mutually pleasant transaction, please be prompt in the final purchase of your order once I have notified you that it is ready to ship.
