Welcome to ARC Jewellery...
I am a self taught jewellery designer/maker with a passion for sterling silver creations; sometimes I use semi-precious stones, enamels or tumbled glass to add a touch of colour to a design.
I enjoy the whole process of designing and making each piece of jewellery by hand using traditional silver smithing tools and techniques. I fabricate items individually from sterling silver sheet, wire or recycled silver. The result of this hand crafted process is that no two pieces are ever absolutely identical. So you will always receive a unique and original piece of artisan work when ordering from ARC Jewellery.
I like to make contemporary jewellery that is stylish and understated for everyday wear, as well as some elegant and eye catching pieces for that special occasion.
Pieces that exceed 7.78 grams are hallmarked at the London Assay office with a full hallmark including my makers mark 'ARC'
My workshop is based in the beautiful and tranquil Cambridgeshire countryside with views of sheep in the neighbouring field. I share my workspace with Finn a handsome (but rather lazy) black cat who spends much of his time asleep.

I am the owner, designer, maker, photographer, dealing with marketing, sales, accounts and customer services. Enjoying every minute of what I do at ARC Jewellery!
I am self taught in the art of jewellery making. Each piece of ARC Jewellery is individually designed then fabricated by hand from sterling silver sheet, wire and recycled silver, using traditional silver smithing tools and techniques.
ARC Jewellery is based in the UK in the beautiful Cambridgeshire countryside and the name ARC comes from my initials.
Many of the pieces in my shop are 'one off' creations, although I do repeat some of the designs in small quantities.
Each item of ARC Jewellery is shipped gift wrapped in either a pretty organza bag or gift box as stated in the item description.
You can see more of my work, both past and present, at http://www.arcjewellery.com
Accepted payment methods
- Accepts Etsy gift cards
Payment is by Paypal, credit or debit card with direct checkout or you can use an Etsy gift card. Items will only be shipped once full payment is received.
NEW TO ETSY?: Here is a tutorial to help you through the checkout process http://www.etsy.com/help_guide_checkout.php
If you require an item urgently and need it to be shipped same day, please discuss this with me before placing your order.
All UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail using 1st class post (unless another service is stated or selected). In the UK orders are usually delivered within 1-3 workings days of posting.
Non UK orders are shipped by international standard post. This is not a tracked or insured service. If you would like a tracked/insured service please select this from the postal options at checkout.
Orders can take anywhere between 5 - 28 days to arrive depending on destination.
Occasionally items get held up in the post, sometimes at customs or due to extreme weather conditions, holiday season etc. Please allow at lease 28 business days and if your order still hasn't arrived in that time please let me know.
Orders of high value or those containing multiple items may be shipped 'signed for' or international 'tracked & signed'. Please ensure that you provide an address where there will be someone available to take delivery of the parcel and sign for it.
International customers are responsible for any customs duty or import tax that may be incurred. These costs are not included in the price of the item.
Please ensure that the address provided is complete (including house name, number, PO box number, postcode or zip code) and is accurate. ARC Jewellery cannot take responsibility for items that are not delivered due to an incomplete or inaccurate address being given.
If goods are returned as undelivered there will be additional postage charges to pay for the order to be re-shipped.
If an order is not delivered or returned to ARC Jewellery, a replacement will be shipped to the original address on the order. If the original address was incorrect and needs to be changed or amended, this is treated as a complete new order and full charges (item & postage) will apply.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you change your mind about the goods you have ordered you have 14 days from date of receipt to return them and request a refund.
A refund will be given for the value that was paid for the goods being returned. I'm sorry but I am not able to offer a refund for any outbound or return postage charges incurred.
Please return the item in the original gift box/bag and suitable outer packaging (i.e padded envelope or box). The jewellery must be in its original condition, unused and suitable for resale. If there are signs of diminished value this will be deducted from the refund. I would recommend using the ‘signed for’ or 'tracked' delivery service so that a printed proof of delivery can be obtained.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
Exception to the above:
Bespoke, custom made or modified orders can not be refunded unless they are found to be faulty due to an error on the part of ARC Jewellery.
Please visit http://www.arcjewellery.co.uk/TC.aspx for my full terms and conditions or contact me via Etsy or arc [!at] arcjewellery.co.uk if you need further clarification.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please note that many of the photographs are taken with a macro lens to show the details close up. This can often give the impression that items are larger than they actually are so please check sizes and dimensions before ordering and contact me if you have any questions.
I try to take photographs in natural daylight (weather permitting!) to get pictures as true to the actual colours as possible. Please be aware that colours seen will depend on monitor/equipment settings and may therefore look different to the actual item.
INVOICES & RECEIPTS:
Please also note that (in my attempt to save a few trees) I do not include a paper invoice/bill with orders unless specifically requested.
I am happy to include a little note card on your behalf (and free of charge) if you are sending the item as a gift. Please message me to discuss.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to message me via Etsy.
Thank you for visiting my ARC Jewellery shop here on Etsy.
