ARROYO DESIGN HOUSE was born in Nashville, TN in 2013 and from day one the brand continues to evolve and grow. We do our best to stay busy designing and making jewelry, furniture, custom lighting, and woodcarvings.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Damaged items:
If the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order. In some cases we may need images of the damage. When possible, we’ll send you out a replacement of item, or part to make your purchase whole again.
For necklaces damaged beyond repair, a replacement will be sent out at no additional charge. For lanterns, we may ask that you send the body back to us. As these are vintage items, if a replacement cannot be offered, we will issue a refund.
Incorrect items:
If you do not received what you have ordered (either in style or color) you can send it back to us. Upon arrival, the correct item will be shipped out. Return shipping charges will be refunded if the error was on our end.
Custom order:
Custom necklaces can be sent back to us for a full refund if customization is re-sellable. In other words, if they necklace is returned in “new” condition, we will happily refund the price of the necklace, excluding shipping.
Lost orders:
It is rare that a order gets lost but if your package does not arrive within 10 business days of shipping date I'll re-ship it, unless the items are no longer in stock (in this case I offer refunds).
Change of mind:
Everyone changes their mind – we are no different. If for some reason, after receiving your order, you’ve changed your mind and no longer want to keep the item(s), return the order and we’ll issue a refund (for the product only, buyer must pay shipping both ways). As long as we receive the item(s) within 10 business days, and they are in “new” condition, we’ll happily issue you a refund.
***Again, we are so thankful for your business and will do our best to make sure your ARROYO DESIGN HOUSE shopping experience is a positive one. That being said, we reserve the right to alter any policy based on the particulars of the situation.
