The only reason I gave them a lower rating is because the heart on the top of one of the hats was broken off when it arrived and the heart by the feet of the other one was unglued when they arrived. I easily fixed them both. There seemed to be packed well in tissue paper and individual boxes but probably should have been wrapped in bubble wrap.
