1 out of 5 stars17Dec2025-I made purchase from seller 26Dec2025-Rcvd notice of Lithuania Post (LP) tracking number that didn't exist at LP. 03Jan2026-I reached out to seller that the tracking number doesn't exist at LP. 05Jan2026-Seller replied they'll ask the LP and get back to me. 08Jan2026-Still no update from seller so I reached out again that the tracking number doesn't exist at LP. 12Jan2026-Still no update from seller so I reached out again that the tracking number doesn't exist at LP. 15Jan2026-The seller responded that they hadn't yet rcvd official answer from LP and that they would send new parcel the next week with new tracking. 17Jan2026-Opened case with Etsy and was provided refund. I don't recommend this seller. Seller has another Etsy shop PAPERNOVASHOP that has same pattern of shipping issues in feedback.

5 out of 5 starsUnfortunately, after waiting two months, I still haven't received the paints. I attempted to contact the seller, but they ceased responding. Therefore, I recommend purchasing from Amazon; it costs more, but you'll certainly receive it the next day. This is the approach I ultimately took, though it was disappointing. Update: Finally, I got my paints and a gift for my baby to use at school. Hopefully, shipments and service will get improved. Thank you

5 out of 5 starsWonderful granulating paints! The first delivery got lost during the Canada Post strike but the seller was fantastic. Replaced them and they just arrived - I've been playing with them and just love the colour range!
