5 out of 5 starsI am so fortunate to have discovered Artperitas in France. Exceptional customer service and packaging too. Their sculptures are so incredibly lifelike and capture the true essence of the Dobermann especially it's beauty and majestic bearing. I previously bought the Dobermann wall sculptures - 1 each with cropped and natural ears. When they arrived I knew I had to buy the tabletop sculpture too. I'm trying to convince them to make a tabletop sculpture with natural ears so I can buy that one too. The talent of these artists is incredible. The sculptures are so beautiful, such exceptional quality and surprisingly solid and heavy. The intricate detail has to be seen to be believed. These pieces are future heirlooms and should you make the decision to purchase one you definitely will not be disappointed.

SHIPPING POLICIES
Insurance is included in the postage price.
We package each piece with great care. We have had 15 years of experience packing very safely and securely our pieces to send around the world.
We ship our pieces in PRIORITY, REGISTERED and INSURED using La Poste (the French postal service).
Delivery signature is required on all orders.
The Post requires a phone number on shipment form.
If in stock, most orders will be shipped within five days of receiving your cleared payment, often sooner.
When shipping, you are sent a shipping confirmation email.
If not in stock, our order processing due to sculpture hands-on process may take up to 10/15 days before shipping.
For customers outside Europe, please note that Customs import duties and taxes, if applicable, are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
DAMAGED ITEM IN TRANSIT PROCEDURE
Insurance is included in the postage price.
Please, check the packaging and the content as soon as you receive it.
- At delivery please write “with reservation” on the reception slip (delivery note) –
In case of damaged sculpture, be sure to save all original packaging (internal and external) as well as all pieces of the damaged sculpture, without any delay bring them at your Post Office, the agent will request to examine them and do a claim then email us immediately providing us with pictures of the damage in order we make the claim through the French post too.
Please do not send the sculpture back to us, doing so will cancel the shipping insurance and we could not replace or refund the sculpture.
Any replacement or refund will be processed only if the procedure is respected in the entirety.
