I enlisted Jess Palotas with ARTistic Marketing to design a new logo and create a custom website for my up and coming jewelry business, Lollie Beads. Creating my own website was very daunting at first, but Jessica made it a great and fun experience from start to finish. Jessica is truly talented and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to web site design. She is very organized, which made my portion extremely manageable. She was very easy to communicate with and answered my questions promptly and professionally. Jessica was very efficient and completed the job in a very timely manner. My logo and website, www.lolliebeads.com turned out amazing! It was truly a great experience and I would recommend Jess and ARTistic Marketing without hesitation for all your website design and marketing needs.

Payment
Deposits | Payments
All website designs will require a 50% deposit to mark your spot onto our project list. All other graphic design projects will be required to be paid in full to be put onto our project list. No refunds will be given for deposits, consider it your none-refundable security deposit.

The rest is due upon your approval of your front page/layout. Once final payment is received I will finish your website. I accept Paypal and credit cards. If you have to pay by check, than full payment is required.

Everything is shipped via email and/or web.

No refunds for anything will be given. We take the time to provide amazing customer service {which takes time and is initially free} and to provide you with a product that you will love and be proud of for the rest of your business life, as well as we want to be proud of it too. If you aren't happy, than we aren't happy. But there is also a limit to revisions and fairness.

Contact with ARTistic Marketing
I need to keep everything in black and white {via emails}. I work with a lot clients and this helps me stay organized and keeps from any mistakes. This helps me work more efficiently for you and other clients. I am able to refer back to the "exact" words you stated in an email, a phone call I can not. When working in this field it's very important to be exact about everything. I am still a rather "small" business so I don't have a specific person to take/answer calls or time for mistakes {maybe a few, I'm not perfect}. Sooner than later, I shall be a larger business and then I can hire additional employees, but until then.

I am willing to hold an IM with you on Facebook, to do a little chit chat if needed, even there I can print a history or refer back to it in chat.

How long is your quote valid?
All quotes are valid for 30 days. Our web design packages/quotes are based on the number of pages you tell us you will need. If after writing your text, you find that you need additional pages you will be charged for these at the rate that you were given.

Client Project List | Order of Service.
At ARTistic Marketing we work with what is called a Project list. We work with up to 3-5 New and/or returning clients each week. Artistic Marketing's project list stays full, and I am usually booking 3, 4, sometimes even more weeks in advance. ARTistic Marketing works on a first paid (deposit) first served method, to keep everything 100% fair. If your payment for your deposit isn't made when in a timely manner, your project date can change.

Project Time Considerations
We must work together to complete your project in a timely manner. Yes, you have hired us to provide your business a service our time is very valuable as well. Please be considerate and respond to our e-mails within 1-2 business days. When you delay, this affects all other clients who are waiting for our services. Out of fairness to other clients and ourselves, if you do not respond to our e-mails or send us all of the information needed for your project within 3 business days, we will begin servicing the next client in line and your site will be placed on the next weeks project list, this will be done for 2 weeks.

Once you've suppressed those 2 weeks {from your start date}, you will be put onto our floating list and when contact has been made and/or all information/content is received than you will go back onto our project list. Completing a project takes the cooperation of both parties.

If you do not respond within 45 days of payment of services, you will be charged a reinstatement fee when you contact us again, within 90 days. That fee will be based off of what you've paid and your original quote. Typical fee will result in a 30% fee. If no contact is made by you within 90 days, all credit will be dismissed from your account and if you are to make contact after this point, you will be charged in FULL to restart your project. NO REFUNDS will be given to anyone, due to the nature of our work. We take our work {business} very seriously, although, it's our passion and we LOVE it.

Providing your information for your project
This is very important to helping me stay on track with your project. As the time gets closer to your project start date (which you will receive in email and on your invoice), I will send several emails requesting specific information for your project, your tabs/pages/website. Please do not send your information until you've been sent these emails and requested to do so. Please ONLY respond to those emails with that specific information for each subject. This will better help me serve you and stay on track. This helps me stay organized with your emails, pages, projects. Please consider that I receive 100's of emails daily that I have to answer, respond, or look at. If done this way, your website can be up and running within 2 weeks {max}.

Please make sure that your web site content is your own. It is illegal to copy another website's text and use it on your own site. Please make sure that any images you provide us are either owned by you or you are authorized to use them ( you can buy stock photos, we recommend : http://depositphotos.com. ARTistic Marketing reserves the right to discontinue doing business with any client who provides us with stolen materials.

Revisions
You are allotted up to 3 revisions for your project {font, color, layout}, with your costs. If more is needed {which usually isn't}, extra cost's will occur, cost will depend on the amount of revisions needed.

Website Hosting
I only use WIX hosting for web hosting (this is where I will build your website too), so you would have to pay their fee's. I do have a coupon for $50 off of the unlimited monthly package. You also wouldn't pay this until I am completed or near completion of your website. See their prices here: http://www.wix.com/upgrade/website#!page-2.

Domain Hosting
Wix offers a domain (free) with their package, but I only recommend www.GoDaddy.com for domain names. I've turned hundreds of people onto godaddy and I've purchased all of my domains through them. Their customer service alone, beats everyone.

Refusal of Services
ARTistic Marketing has the right to refuse service to anyone; at anytime.
