The postal workers have advised us that this is due to shortage of vehicles and cargo transport. Packages are missing scans and arriving later than normal. Why is shipping so high and will it really cost that much to ship my order?

Shipping is calculated based on an estimated weight of all your items added together. If shipping ends up costing less than you paid, the difference will be refunded. If you order more than one item and the shipping is less than you paid, a refund of the difference will be issued.

When will my order be shipped?

SHIPPING SCHEDULE: Orders scheduled to be dropped off on a USPS holiday will be dropped off the next business day.

Orders placed between 6am EST Mon and 6am EST Tues will be boxed together on Tues and dropped off at the post office on Wed.
Orders placed between 6am EST Tues and 6am EST Wed will be boxed together on Wed and dropped off at the post office on Wed.
Orders placed between 6am EST Wed and 6am EST Thurs will be boxed together on Thurs and dropped off at the post office on Fri.
Orders placed between 6am EST Thurs and 6am EST Fri will be boxed together on Fri and dropped off at the post office on Fri.
Orders placed between 6am EST Fri and 6am EST Mon will be boxed together on Mon and dropped off at the post office on Tues.

Why did my order go to the wrong address?

We ship to the address you provide to Etsy because we use Etsy shipping labels. You will receive a shipping notification via email once your shipping label has been printed. The email will include a tracking number that you can use to track your package. We can not be held responsible for orders that go to the wrong address. The address pre-populates during processing and we do not see or have access to any old addresses on your account. If your order gets sent to the wrong address due to customer input error, we can not be held responsible for replacements or refunds.

My order should have been here already. Why hasn’t it been delivered?

PLEASE understand that once your package is marked “Accepted” by the USPS, we no longer have any control over it. Please don't blame us for any poor service the USPS may provide.

Covid-19 is impacting shipping times on both domestic and international orders. There is a shortage of transportation and there are millions of packages sitting in warehouses around the world waiting for transport. We appreciate your continued patience and support and know that we are doing our part to get your orders processed and shipped within a day or 2 of it being placed. From there, it is in the hands of USPS to get it to you. Priority and first class packages are experiencing extreme delays at this time.

Tracking for my order shows “delivered” but it has not been delivered. What do I do now?

USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait at least 4 business days, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive soon.

You can contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated for several days?

We have noticed an increase in this type of scenario over the last year or so. Most of the time, the package will magically appear within 7-10 days of a tracking freeze. We do not know why this happens but we appreciate your patience and understanding that we have no control over this.

Why did my orders all ship in one package?

When ordering multiple items with free shipping, we will place them all in one package in order to cut down on the shipping costs on our end. This will help us to continue to offer free shipping on these items.

My order was over $75. Why was I charged for shipping?

Your order will automatically qualify for free shipping when your SUBTOTAL is over $75. If you have $75 in your cart and your order still shows a shipping charge, please check to make sure you are over $75 AFTER all clearance price discounts have been deducted. The $75 subtotal also does not count shipping costs.

Example: If your total is $100 and you receive a $40 discount from sale items, then are charged $17 for shipping, your subtotal is $60 NOT $77 and therefore the order will not qualify for free shipping.

Why did the sale price go away when I entered my 10% off coupon code?

Sale prices can not be combined with the 10% off monthly discount code. If you enter your code, it will cancel out the sale prices of 15%, 20%, 30%, 40%, and/or 50% off. If you would like to include items that are not included in a sale category, we encourage you to place 2 separate orders so that you can use your 10% off code on non sale items.

As long as your 2nd order is placed before we process the 1st order for shipment, we will gladly combine the orders and refund any shipping overages charged. Please see “When will my order be shipped?” for shipping dates and times.

Why hasn’t anyone responded to my message on Etsy?

During business hours Monday - Friday 8am-6pm EST, we usually try to respond to messages within a couple of hours. Evenings and weekends may take a bit longer or until the following business day to respond. This is because we do work very hard and long hours during the week in order to provide the best possible customer service and fast shipping times. We really appreciate being able to spend evenings and weekeds with our families. We appreciate your patience during these times.
