RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
I do not accept returns [unless item is defected, or wrong, etc]
I do accept exchanges [as long as the item is in the exact condition as when you received it]
Most of my designs are sublimation, this is ink based and pressed on to the shirt, the ink infuses into the fabric of the shirt. It does not crack or peel.
* some sublimation designs will not be as vivid as they appear on the pictures/mock ups, most listings have a IRL picture to refer to *
Please understand that Etsy gives us sellers up to 10 business days to ship out your order. All apparel are unisex fit.

3 out of 5 starsItem was as described but just received it today, 12-28-22. The issue that I have is that I ordered it on 12-4-22, money was taken on 12-5-22, item estimated for delivery 12-15 to 12-21-22 (which was great since it was a Christmas gift for my daughter). I received notice that it didn’t ship until 12-13-22 (over a week after money was taken from me). Very disappointed that this did not make it under the tree for Christmas as it was supposed to be here by 12-21-22 at a latest. Won’t buy from this seller again in the future.

Hello Karla, I am so sorry that you didn't receive your item in time. This is unfortunately out of my hands, the item was shipped by me on time. As I have posted on my page, Etsy gives sellers 10 days to ship your order. The rest is on the postal service, which as you know, was the busiest time of the year. I hope you reconsider your decision.
