I welcome buyers from all over the world, so please take a moment to read the following. By purchasing my products you agree to the below terms and conditions. For any questions please contact me thru Etsy conversation and I’ll be happy to respond asap.
I accept payment through Pay Pal only. All payments are due within three (3) days of the date of purchase. Please pay for items in your shopping cart promptly. Once they are there, they cannot be sold to anyone else, so please only place items you intend to immediately buy. Items will be shipped within seven (7) days of cleared payment through Pay Pal. If Payment is not received in three (3) days the order will be considered cancelled and the item will be re-listed. PLEASE NOTE: We do not process orders on legal holidays.
***Please keep in mind I ship only to PayPal addresses, if you wish your package to be sent to a different address, please update that shipping address in your PayPal at time of purchase.
You do not need a Paypal account to actually use Paypal - You can create a Paypal account if you want to and if you do not already have one, or you can simply use Paypal to pay with a credit card, debit card, or even a personal check without creating a Paypal account.
Sometimes creating a Paypal account for the first time will delay the payment going through for a few days while they verify your information. NOTE about Checks and Paypal: Payments using Paypal with a personal check are held by Paypal until they clear - Etsy sellers have no control over this and there is a delay before I receive that payment and therefore will take more time until your purchase is shipped (so please let me know that you are paying by personal check through Pay Pal).
I use Canada Post mail and parcel services. Please note that all shipping fees posted are for UNinsured items (not insured). However there is NO TRACKING NUMBER and YOUR PACKAGE CANNOT BE TRACKED - It could get lost or misdirected, or it could be held up it customs for an undetermined amount of time. We have absolutely no control over the package once it is shipped from Canada and we cannot guarantee when it will be delivered to you. Shipping generally is 2-4 weeks from Canada to the US.

I am not responsible for lost uninsured packages. If you wish to have your item insured please either convo me or leave a message on your order. I will rectify your bill and send you the new total. If using this option do NOT pay until you have received your revised bill!!
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please be aware that international shipments can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. If you have not received your order within 4 weeks please contact me. International customers, please be aware of your countries custom duties or any sort of taxes. We are not responsible for any of these charges. We are unable to provide any estimate for your country's duty or taxes.
For your protection and peace of mind, insurance is available and encouraged. For both domestic and international shipping, we are not responsible for any lost and damaged packages once items are shipped unless insurance is purchased. The listed shipping fees do not include insurance, please contact us for fees to be listed before you purchase if you need the insurance. Orders are not considered "Lost" unless meet the following dates: Domestic (Canada): 21 days past shipping date; International: 45 days past shipping date.
Refunds and Exchanges
Each of our creations are handmade and unique and all items are described and photographed in detail, so please read measurements and descriptions carefully and/or contact us through our etsy shop with any questions before purchasing. We’ll be happy to respond promptly!
Refunds / exchanges will be screened on a case by case basis. Generally, there are no refunds or exchanges unless you have received the wrong item. No returns for "buyer's remorse" or because something "seemed" bigger/smaller in the photos - all measurements are in the item's descriptions. If you receive something that you believe is unreasonably different than your expectations please tell us and we will arrange for an exchange or refund in certain situations. Steampunk watch movements do not move, wind up, operate, run, or perform any function other than as an aesthetic visual representation of a fantasy mechanical device intended for appearance only. Some items contain "mixed metals" which means the silver finishes of each component may not match exactly because they are gathered from different sources and put together to create a completed piece. Please make you decision to buy carefully.
For damaged items, please contact me with a picture of the damage. But I definitely try to ensure all items are in good condition before shipping! Refunds and exchanges will only be issued on unused and unworn merchandise. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded. A return authorization is required for all refunds and exchanges. You must contact me within 5 business days of receiving your item and ship it back within 7 business days. If at any point your purchase will need a repair just drop me a note and send it back. I will be happy to repair it free of charge*. *Some exclusions may apply. Charges may be incurred if item has been damaged or destroyed due to negligence or abuse (e.g. your pet chewed on it). Due to the personalized nature of the items, custom orders may not be canceled, exchanged or returned.
