PayPal is our preferred method of payment. It is safe, secure, and easy to use. You do not need a PayPal account to make your purchase. When checking out, click on "Pay using PayPal." This will take you to the credit card processor, where you will click on "Don’t have a PayPal account? Pay using your credit card.”
We do charge sales tax and we do expect payment at the time of your purchase. Please contact us if you are unable to pay immediately. Any purchase not paid for within 72 hours with no contact will be cancelled. As another option, we also accept money orders and personal checks. Product will be ship as soon the payment has cleared (you will be notified). It will take longer to receive the product if you choose to pay with money order or personal check, so please use PayPal instead if you need a prompt delivery.

We strive to ship as soon as possible, or at least within three business days of receipt of payment. We ship via USPS using delivery confirmation if domestic. For international purchases, we also ship via USPS; and expect the buyer to be aware of and fully responsible for any customs fees pertaining to their country. Should you need additional coverage or special attention please contact us to make the necessary arrangements. The price of shipping is listed with each item. If you purchase more than one item, there will likely be no additional shipping fees up to four pounds, depending on size. In the rare case that the multiple items total weight or volume does not fit in the provided box or exceeds the weight limit, we will have to charge a little extra and we will notify you regarding the fee.
Refunds and Exchanges
We guarantee the quality of our work, and while we do not offer refunds, we will exchange an item or give store credit. If this is the case, please contact us to make arrangements. Exchange or store credit will be sent out after we receive the original item, shipped at the buyer's expense. We require that anyone requesting an exchange contact us within ten days of receipt of the item. Within one year of your purchase, in the unlikely event that your jewelry breaks, we provide a free repair service. You simply need to pay for all of the shipping expenses. Our line of communication is always open for any concern, question or thought.

We always try to provide excellent customer service.
Additional policies and FAQs
We make every effort to pack our items with care. Every piece of jewelry comes in its own beautifully packed box. Every package is ready to be a special gift for yourself or your loved one. Please give us positive feedback if you like our products and add us to your circle.

FYI: Sterling silver and solid copper will tarnish if left out in the open. To preserve the condition of your findings, store in a plastic bag or use other means to keep it from oxidizing. Please treat your jewelry items with care—stones may break if they are dropped. Keep your jewelry away from extreme exposure to water and sun. We hope you can cherish your wearable art for a very long time.
