Welcome to A Tea Leaf. Please read the information below to familiarize yourself with my policies before purchasing. If you have a question feel free to send me a convo!
I ship USPS First Class mail. Orders are shipped 1-3 business days. Please allow extra time for custom and made to order orders, which will take a week to two weeks (but usually less) after order is placed to ship.
International orders will be shipped First Class International. Note that buyers are responsible for any additional charges incurred. Please know your country's custom fees and taxes when purchasing internationally.
If you have any special requests please convo me before you place your order, or as soon as possible. I cannot honor requests that were not discussed before you placed your order.
Domestic (US) orders shipped via First Class can arrive within a few days or even longer than a week. International First Class packages can take anywhere from a week to several weeks (and over a month or even two) to arrive. Packages are frequently delayed at customs which is unfortunately random and out of my control, which causes delays of delivery. Please note that everything takes longer to receive during the holidays (November-December), so shipping times are even longer.
Please make sure that your ETSY MAILING ADDRESS is correct. I do not look at your address on Paypal, only Etsy. If your address is incorrect, packages cannot be resent unless paid for again by you.
International customers: please do not ask me to mark your purchase as a gift. It is not possible when shipping through Etsy, as it is illegal. It's a felony and will not be done.
To keep our postage costs down, the shipping cost do not include insurance or tracking. If you would like faster or insured shipping, please convo me for details and shipping quotes.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are not accepted. I do my best to accurately represent my items in photos and descriptions. Exchanges within 14 days of receipt for an UNWORN item of equal or lesser value are possible if the item for some reason does not meet your expectations. After this time, exchanges cannot be honored. Prior notification is required (please contact me via convo). Items that are returned without prior contact cannot be exchanged.
Please note that returns are not accepted for reasons related to customs fees, shipping times, or other stated policies and descriptions.
