Handmade everyday style polymer clay and beaded earrings to brighten your life!

Crafting has always been my favorite hobby!

In 2019, I decided to try my hand at embroidery hoops. I loved the look of these artistic designs and thought that my background in sewing might make it easy to do. It took a lot of practice- always does- but I loved making custom hoops for friends and family.

This blossomed into my exploration of other ways to use embroidery thread! Tassel earrings have always been my favorite lightweight statement earring, so I decided to make myself a pair! This quickly sparked into my current business, A Thread and a Prayer. Named for the thread I used to create these tassels and the idea that sometimes we're all just hanging on by a thread and prayer!

Last year, I decided to take the leap and make this little shop my full time job! I've discovered how amazing the maker community can be, and I love meeting you all in the process. Working with clay has brought me such joy and I think it's the most amazing medium to create truly one of kind styles, everyday basics and theme earrings that will make you smile :)
