Frequently asked questions
Does the etched part of the glass come off in the dishwasher or when being hand washed?
No. The designs are done by removing the shiny surface of the glass, therefore making it permanent.
Care instructions
All etched glass items are safe to put in the dishwasher, unless otherwise instructed in the package your gift will come in. Yeti/HOGG vacuum-sealed stainless steel mugs are hand washed only as recommended by the manufacturer because a dish washer can ruin the vacuum seal compromising the integrity of the cup, as well as the design. Any item not cared for in a manner that is recommended, the seller is not responsible for. Seller has the right to decide if an item has been misused if a replacement is requested.
I need an order for an event/certain date (wedding, birthday, holiday, etc.), when should I order?
The sooner, the better. At least one month before the event is sufficient. Just put a comment in the note to seller section with the date you need them by. Rush orders and expedited shipping must be paid for before an item is rushed. If I don't have anything in line to be done at the moment, there's a good possibility I can work on it as soon as I possibly can.
