4 out of 5 starsOnly gave 4 stars because the glass had some bad bubbling at the end which made it look rough. Otherwise, everything else was amazing including the packaging, fast shipping, and customer service! I will absolutely purchase again

5 out of 5 starsThese are beautiful ornaments. I needed a lot of them and the seller made extra effort to get them to me well before I needed them. About the size of my first finger and wonderfully made. I’m very pleased.

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
When you request a custom, personalized, or large order, shipping time estimates will vary depending on the detail and quantity you place. Please allow enough time to process the order before placing a request for a custom piece. For example, if you'd like a large quantity of 400 doves, make sure and place the order months in advance of the time you would need that size of an order by.
We try our best to process orders in an efficient manner, but where most of our items are hand sculpted, we would need sufficient time to complete larger or more customized orders. We take pride in our glass works, and want our customers to have the best experience possible when purchasing custom orders. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
For those interested in getting a discount for larger ornament orders, you'll need to send us a request through an Etsy message, or we can't honor the following discounts: Min. 12 pieces per each style of ornament. Bulk of one ornament would receive a 15% discount for 12 to 24 pieces. Any order placed for an ornament in quantities of 25 and up will receive a 30% discount off our retail price. This option is per ornament, so you couldn't mix and match. I.E., you couldn't do the following: 3 snowflakes, 10 teardrops, 4 hummingbirds, 8 reindeer. It would need to be 25 snowflakes, or 25 teardrops, or 25 hummingbirds, etc.
If you have a special request, contact us through a custom order conversation, and we'll try our best to accommodate you.
Gift wrapping and packaging
When packaging and shipping larger bulk orders, we will need to charge a shipping fee to cover higher costs for weights of packaging that we're charged from the shipper we use to ship our glass gifts. While we carefully wrap our glass in tissue paper and bubble wrap, we don't offer gift wrapping.
Are pictures needed that show product has been damaged, for replacement or refund?
We require pictures when an item has been damaged during shipping, to work with USPS insurance claims. Please send pictures when messaging us, to show proof of damage within 7 days of receiving product. We will then either refund the original purchase, or send a replacement. But we can do neither until we have proof of damage. We wrap our packages very carefully, but once it is shipped it is out of our hands how the package is handled. In order to be cost effective and lower profit losses, we need to file a claim for the damage, and the insurance claim requires proof of damage.
