OMG! Are these ever yummy, completely scrumptious, and totally realistic; every detail! The absolute BEST cookie ornaments ANY WHERE!! There's even enough frosting for the most extreme frosting addict!! Thanks so much for the FAST shipping, EXCELLENT service, and most of all, for offering these wonderful ornaments which I will cherish! They are already on my tree looking more than FABULOUS! Even my 22 year old son LOVES them. He wanted one for breakfast! Having a sweet tooth runs in the family! nThanks again! DOMESTIC SHIPPING: All domestic packages are shipped via USPS Priority with delivery confirmation. Also, insurance is automatically included with all purchases OVER $100.00 dollars. NOTE: Shipping to California (West Coast) is expensive from New Orleans, therefore your order may ship either USPS Parcel Post or Priority depending on the amount of shipping you've paid and the weight of the package. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact me BEFORE purchasing the item of your choice. THANKS!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Unfortunately I do not ship Internationally at this time due to the cost of shipping from New Orleans.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: All packages are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise requested by you PRIOR to the purchase. If you are in a rush and expedited shipping is needed--please contact me and I will work with you--and then, I will make changes to the listing to reflect any additional charges needed for expedited shipping.
PACKAGING: Depending on the item, all purchases will be shipped in a secure box (with bubble wrap) or padded envelope. Jewelry will be packaged in a jewelry giftbox and tied with a pretty tulle ribbon.
Multiple items purchased at the same time may or may not be boxed together depending on the fragility of the item, unless otherwise requested by you PRIOR to the purchase.
Note: Shipping will be to your Etsy address unless otherwise requested by you PRIOR to the purchase. In other words, I will always send the item to the Etsy address unless you ask for something different in the message to the seller when checking out.
DOMESTIC HANDLING TIME: The handling time is the number of business days the seller will take to ship the item. This store usually ships within 2-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. (Definition: A payment is considered "cleared" after the money from the buyer has been deposited into the seller’s account. If the buyer pays by PayPal, the payment may clear immediately.) Note: Handling time does not include the number of business days the shipping service will take to deliver the item to you. (Sellers are not responsible for shipping service transit times. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: A refund will only be issued if an item is broken during transit. Please take a picture of the broken item and submit it to averysweetblog [!at] yahoo.com (so I can start the insurance process). A refund will promptly be given to you.
Exchanges: Unfortunately due to the originality of each item in my shop, I do not carry multiples.
