TEXAS customers: We are required to charge all Texas residents 8.25% sales tax on your purchases and shipping. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Shipping
TIMING – We ship orders within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment.

CARRIER - We primarily ship via US Postal Service First Class to continental US locations. Delivery will usually take 4-7 days using this method (occasionally longer during the holiday rush or inclement weather) depending upon your location.

RUSH DELIVERY - If you need something quickly, please let us know before ordering, so that we can arrange upgraded delivery and adjust the shipping cost accordingly. We will do our best to have it arrive by your requested date.

INSURANCE/DELIVERY CONFIRMATION - Insurance, Delivery and/or Signature Delivery confirmation are not included in shipping price. If you would like to add these options, please let us know before ordering so we may adjust costs.

ADDRESS - We ship to the address listed on your PAYPAL or Etsy Direct Checkout receipt.
PRIOR to your purchase please make sure your shipping ADDRESS is CORRECT in PayPal or Etsy Direct Checkout as we cannot be responsible for lost packages or packages not received because of incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery.

GIFT SHIPPING - We are required by Paypal to ship to the address on the Paypal invoice.
***Please make sure PRIOR to your gift purchase that the correct shipping address has been entered into Paypal as a "GIFT ADDRESS". A Gift Address can be added to Paypal by going to My Account ->Profile -> Add or Edit Street Address ->Add Address then click on "Add a Gift Address" option.***

We are happy to include a small gift card and short note. When making your purchase please let us know in the "Notes From Buyer" section what message you would like included in the card.

PACKAGING - Each of your items will be carefully packaged for shipping. We try to reuse or recycle shipping and packing materials as much as possible. If you prefer otherwise, just let us know.

In the event that your item is damaged in transit please keep all original packaging materials, notify the delivery service if external damage is evident. Do not discard any packaging materials or any damaged product as the shipping company may request to pick up the package from your home.

COST – All shipping quotes include handling, packaging and mailing cost for orders shipped within the Continental U.S. only.

For customers outside the Continental US and those with an APO, FPO, DPO:

International customers are responsible for all fees associated with importing and shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the USA may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us within 5 business days after receiving the item. We will gladly refund any item minus original shipping costs as long as it is returned in its original condition.

- Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the return shipping process
- Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is received

Once we receive the item, we will immediately refund your original payment minus original shipping costs. The Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping/insurance. If your item is damaged during shipping, you may file a claim with the carrier.
