5 out of 5 starsThe seller was AMAZING with her communication and the orders came in way quicker than I expected! One thing to note though, the white robe is quite sheer and will need some kind of an undergarment. Quality of the robes are excellent, worth the price!

It is perfect for bringing on vacations because it is lightweight and super practical as well as beautiful to wear if one is sharing rooms with other people or to go from the room to the pool etc. Love it!!

EXPRESS WORLDWIDE shipping is provided by DHL or FEDEX.
Please note that we do not include insurance in the basic shipping costs. If you would like to add insurance to the shipping of your item, please let us know in advance.
✺ CANCELING THE ORDER ✺
If you would like to cancel your order please contact us immediately via Etsy conversations. If your order is yet to be shipped we may be able to cancel your order.
Please ensure the shipping address provided is up to date and that someone will be available to receive or collect the parcel.
✺ LOST PACKAGES & DELAYS ✺
The package is considered lost if it doesn't come within 2 weeks from the posting date and tracking does not work. We will fill in the claim about the loss on our own.
Please note that due to the current situation in the world, shipping might take a bit longer than expected. We are doing our best to ship our online orders as soon as possible. No compensation is payable for delays.
In the rare event that your parcel is deemed lost or missing after an investigation through DHL Global Mail or UPS, we will do our best to replace and resend your order. We are not able to offer refunds on lost orders.
✺ INTERNATIONAL IMPORT TAXES + DUTY CHARGES ✺
Deliveries outside the EU are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. AZOiiA does not pay or reimburse international taxes, duties or brokerage fees, nor do we include these fees in the cost of delivery. The price displayed at checkout is exclusive of all taxes and duties.
As the recipient of the order, you will need to pay any import duties and taxes directly to the carrier to release your order from customs. We are unable to advise on the exact amount and recommend you contact your local customs office before placing an order.
✺ RETURNS ✺
You have the right to return your order within 14 days. This "cooling off" period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. If the return will not reach us in 14 days (US 30 days) it will be rejected.
All buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition-it must be in all tags, unused-we can't accept it.
We HIGHLY advise you to use a trackable carrier service and to keep your return receipt until you have received a refund. Once your item has reached our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days to process your refund.
Please be aware Original shipping charges and duties & taxes are non-refundable.
✺ REFUSED DELIVERY ✺
If a delivery is refused by the receiver and returned to AZOiiA, any duties, taxes, postage, or customs charges incurred will be deducted from the refund issued. Original shipping charges are non-refundable as well.
✺ EXCHANGES ✺
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange sizes, you will need to place a new order for the size that you require and return your original order. Unfortunately, we're unable to put the stock on hold.
