Is Azzaluna a shipping company?
Azzaluna is not a shipping company. To ship your order, Azzaluna use and rely on the service provided by third party companies such as DHL, USP, etc. Those shippers are acting as a third party between the seller (Azzaluna) and the buyer (you). Azzaluna has no control on the service provided and promised from those companies and therefore Azzaluna will not be responsible for any failure happened during the shipping.
What to do at time of delivery?
Carefully inspect your package to assure there are not visible damages that may have happened during the shipping process provided by the shipper. Take photo and video (proofs) of the package and while unwrapping your item.
What to do if you receive a damaged item?
The buyer (you) must report the damage to the carrier that shipped/delivered your package. Provide us with a copy of the claim form, the photos and the video showing the package and the damage. Without those info, we will not be able to work on a resolution which means, no refund, no replacement and no returns.
What to do if the item you received is different from what you ordered?
If you received a wrong item (such a completely wrong color, or wrong size, etc.), please contact us immediately and we will work on a resolution.
What to do if you received an item that is not quite identical to the one displayed in our listing?
Our products are entirely handmade and you (the buyer) understand that each item is unique and may not be 100% identical to the other one. Due to the materials and the process used for the construction of these products, there may be some imperfections and measurements and colors may slightly vary.
