Fast shipping. Did not know one of her braids was missing. And her face came off :( Luckily we were able to have her face fused to new fabric and her hair was replaced at the same time since she was being worked on.

Did you get ore than one doll at the same time? the doll I sent had both braids and the face was in good condition also.

The vintage and supply Items I sell are part Estate, part picked up over many years, part colletion of my own. As vintage has an age conected to it Consideration should be taken to this when it comes to condition with anyones vitage stuff. It wont be new in the package if it is vintage. I will post condition if there are condition issues.

Payment or Notification of payment (eg. "I will be sending a check") must be made in 5 days of purchase or we will relist the item and someone else will buy it. We do not determine an item as completely sold until the payment clears our bank.
Shipping Policy:
Shipping will occur within 5 days of sale of item and payment. We generally use USPS for shipping. We have found them more reliable for shipping (even with shipping counters.) We require insurance on all items of a fragile nature. This will be included in the shipping charges. More durable items will be at the discretion of the buyer. Please notify us with payment. We always use the least expencive method to ship,

We do combine shipping to the same customer/same address. for example: if even a dozen items fit in a priority flat rate box then the shipping for that is the price for that. Shipping does include packaging and handleing costs.

I do refund excess shipping For any where I ship

Please if you are not in the USA email me for shipping cost before buying. I will ship outside of the US but I will need to find a shipping cost for you for multible items .
Refunds and Exchanges
We refund with good reason. Please notify us within 7 days of the reason for which you wish a refund. Do not just refuse the package. We will not give a refund for a refused package. Return shipping will be considered on a case by case basis.

We will always do exchanges upon receipt of item in the same condition as sent.
