Returns and exchange details
Please make sure that I am provided with a correct mailing address for shipment (I will use the address on file with etsy unless otherwise noted. If the item is a gift, please ensure that all mailing details are absolutely correct.
I do not offer exchanges of items.
Customers MUST contact me within 2 days of receiving their order to let me know if something is broken, missing. After 2 days, I will not replace items that are broken, missing.
Color accuracy varies from computer to computer, but we'll try to offer crisp and clear photographs. Please make sure to read the item description carefully and view all photographs before making a purchase.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT EACH OF THESE ITEMS ARE HANDMADE. PLEASE ALLOW FOR VARIATION IN COLOR, PATINA, ETC.
However, if the item is damaged in any way, I will happily provide a replacement of the same item (allowing for handmade variations) for you. Feel free to email me with any questions regarding an item prior to purchase.
If for some reason you do not absolutely love your purchase, please email me immediately upon receipt of the order so that we may quickly and successfully resolve the issue. Should an item need to be returned, you will have ten (10) days in which to ship the item back to me. Upon receipt of the item, your purchase (minus shipping costs) will be refunded to your PayPal account.
