Accepted payment methods

Payment
We only accept Paypal for purchases. We do not accept checks or money orders.

Payment is expected immediately following your purchase. If payment has not been received within 24 hours, your item will be re-listed.

BUYERS WANTING TO PAY WITH CREDIT CARD WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT::
At checkout click on the PayPal icon and you will be redirected to PayPal, click the “I do not have a PayPal account” and follow the instructions (you will not be required to create an account to complete a purchase).
Shipping
IMPORTANT NOTE:: We ship orders to the address given in your Etsy purchase. Please make sure it is correct, we do not always cross reference your Etsy address with your Paypal address. If wanting shipped to a different address, for example as a gift, please leave a note to seller.

Abigail Christine Design offers flat rate shipping via USPS First Class or Priority anywhere in the United States.

INSPECTION UPON RECEIPT:: All orders must be inspected immediately upon receipt. All issues/claims must be made within TWO business days. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Typically, an order can be processed and produced within 5-7 business days. Please add an additional 2-7 business days for domestic shipping. During the holidays and busier times of the year, it may take an additional 2 days to receive your order. Every effort will be made to complete and deliver your designs as soon as possible.

Expedited shipping is available. Additional shipping and handling charges will be added to your order for this option.

Abigail Christine Design WILL NOT be held responsible for orders "lost in the mail" due to undeliverable addresses or mail system delays.

Wrong Delivery Address:: We will not be held responsible for orders being delivered to "wrong" or "old addresses" a customer has on file. All shipping labels are generated directly from ETSY and at no time will we alter addresses unless specifically requested by the customer. Should your order be returned to the studio as an "Undeliverable As Addressed", you will be required to pay another shipping fee. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses, as provided by the buyer, WILL NOT be reprinted and reshipped at the expense of Abigail Christine Design.

Items Lost or Damaged in Transit: Once order is placed in the mail it becomes the responsibility of the USPS. Abigail Christine Design does not guarantee the arrival date of any order. If USPS damages it, or loses it; Abigail Christine Design is not liable for the loss. Abigail Christine Design does not offer refunds on such items. Items are not considered lost until 30 days after the shipment date.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because we offer truly customized products, Abigail Christine Design items cannot be refunded or exchanged. If there is a printing mistake on our end we will replace the item free of charge.

Please be aware that Abigail Christine Design does our best to represent the colors of all products in our pictures. All computer monitors display images in RGB format (calibrated differently) and all Abigail Christine Design printing is done in CMYK format, so slight color variation from your computer screen to print may occur.

Cancellation Policy:: If we have not started on your order, then there is no charge and we will refund you your payment in full. If we have put together your proof, there is a charge of $25. If we have already received your final approval on the proof and it has been sent to print, you will be responsible for the total order cost.

Abigail Christine Design also reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. If an order has been placed and invoiced, and the customer does not respond within one week, the order will automatically be cancelled. We make every attempt to contact the customer during this period. A letter of cancellation will be sent the customer stating this policy.

Failure To Respond:: Once a order is placed, we will respond within 24-48 hours with a proof, a shipping notification or a question regarding your order. We make every attempt to contact a buyer through Etsy. If we receive no response via ETSY conversations, we will contact buyer via the email address on the invoice. After 15 days, if we still have no response, we will cancel an order and refund the buyer in full.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom Design Policy:: All creations custom designed for clients are the Design and Intellectual Property of Abigail Christine Design. In purchasing a "Custom Designed Product" or paying the Abigail Christine Design "Custom Design Fee", the customer understands that these designs will become Abigail Christine Design copywritten items and may be sold as future Abigail Christine Design products or used in Abigail Christine Design advertising. All custom design fees charged are NON-REFUNDABLE and are determined on a per client/job basis.

Our Proofing Policy:: As a custom design business, we want our customers to be 100% happy their order before going to print. However, all custom design orders are limited to two proofs. Should additional proofs be required for an order beyond the first two, a $25 fee will be charged.

Abigail Christine Design IS NOT responsible for spelling or grammatical errors. We do our best to catch these sort of issues before they arise, but customers are ultimately responsible for checking and correcting their order before an item is approved for print.

Once a order has been approved and either posted/mailed or emailed to the customer, should new changes need to be made, a custom design fee of $20 or the original purchase prince of the item must be charged.

All proofs will be sent to customers within 48 hours of their purchase. During our busier times of the year (wedding season, holidays, etc), proofs may take longer.

Printable Designs Policy:: Once a printable order has been approved and delivered to the customers email, no more editing/customization by Abigail Christine Design will occur. Should the customer decide that they would like additional customization to their order, they will have to repurchase the item at the purchase price.

Photo Card Policy:: Please only submit photos that are your copywritten property. Photos submitted with a photographers logo or watermark will not be used until removed by the photographer and resubmitted.
