Blank case shipped initially so I got it much later than I wanted it. Someone should be doing quality control before product ships.

Our business hours are 8am-5pm ET. Due to the volume of emails that we receive, please allow up to 3 business days for us to reply to your emails and messages.
When calculating business days, please keep in mind the holidays that are not calculated as business days. These holidays for 2015 include:

If a proof is requested this will delay the processing of your order, the order will not be processed until the proof is approved, and orders take up to 10 business days, plus ship time after processing begins.
If there is missing information on your order, or if we have questions about your order, we will message you via Etsy Messaging. Orders will not be processed until any questions are answered to make certain you are getting exactly what you want.
If you need a product by a certain date, please ask us if it is possible BEFORE placing your order. Just stating that you need something by a specific date in your notes, will not guarantee that it will be there in time.
Due to not having control over the postal services, we do not guarantee in-hand dates, only the date that we will ship by. Please keep this in mind when placing orders.
Any orders that are stated "delivered" by the shipping carrier via the tracking information, will be considered delivered, and will not be replaced. Sorry for any inconvenience, but there are many scammers getting the product and a refund out there, and we have to protect ourselves against this. Please contact your postal service if the item says delivered and you haven't seen it.
Products are shipped as soon as they are completed, so keep in mind that your products may arrive in separate packages at different times.
If you are ordering multiple items and would like to combine shipping costs for a reduced fee, please convo us first and we will set up a custom listing with the lowest possible shipping fee.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within three business days from date of delivery so we can help you with our claim process.
Our products are only warranted for 30 days (after the tracking number confirms delivery) for any type of damage - including the chipping of phone cases. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product and we will help you with our warranty process.
If a refund is given, it will only be given in the same way that the customer originally paid. This includes those that check out as "guests" on PayPal with their debit/credit card. It is your responsibility to create a PayPal account to obtain your refund if you did check out as a "guest".
