My name is Abbi, and I LOVE vintage! I have items from the 30s to the 80s, but I mainly carry 50's,60's, and 70's items. You can find vintage lingerie, clothing, and accessories here, and the occasional house ware too. I am always on the lookout for vintage, so I list things often. Hope you have a wonderful shopping experience here on Etsy, and look around my shop for something that tickles your fancy! :)

If you have questions about anything at all feel free to contact me.

About

A Passion for Vintage

Hello there! My name is Abbi and I guess I have always loved vintage. When I was younger I was more into the Kings and Queens and ornate ball gowns of the 1600 and 1700's. As I got older and middle school aged I started reading historical fiction and was obsessed with Jane Austen and Gone with the Wind (the movie and the book). Regency and Civil War era clothing, to me, were like beautiful pieces of artwork. It wasn't until about when I started high school that I really got into vintage clothing from the past century. It all started with a trip to the thrift store. Normally I hated the thrift store for myself because I thought I had a "weird" body. At 6'1", I could never find pants that fit and with my waist being 12 inches smaller than my large bust and hips, modern clothing really didn't do anything for me. I normally would wear dresses and skirts to school, but they never really fit very well. One day I found a vintage 1950's dress at the thrift store and tried it on over my clothes. I was surprised to find that it fit me well, and not only that, it was extremely flattering. After that I was pretty much insatiable. I decided start selling when I realized that a lot of the stuff I was buying didn't fit me; I was just buying it because I loved the look. It also didn't hurt that my sister, Heidi had a vintage shop and could show me the ropes. It's great having someone who shares the same passions and style as you help you out. Now we go shopping together and share our tribulations and jubilation's. On occasion we get together and have a photography day. My sister is a mother to 3 lovely boys, and I am a college student. I am currently majoring in business and my dream is to start my own business. I love Etsy. It's a great community and makes the world seem like a much smaller place. I love spreading little pieces of material joy across the country, and across the world. Maybe I'm not changing the world, but I'd like to think that I'm making it better dressed.

I'm Abbi. I love vintage and cats and pink poodles and giraffes. You will most likely find me on Pinterest, reading a book or shopping. I also love costume and period dramas and The Office.
