The earrings are great, and once they shipped it didn’t take too long for them to reach me. It was not super clear when they were going to be shipped, and ultimately it required me checking in twice for them to get shipped out - the first time was after a week had passed with no shipment or communication, and the second time was when they were not shipped out on the day I had eventually been told they would ship - so the customer service part coukd have been more seamless. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase 👍

Happy to have received the gloves but I was never notified when they were shipped. Also the gloves had a little more wear and tear than described and shown in the images. I understand vintage items usually have a bit of wear but the fabric has some defects that should’ve been listed in the description. Still content with my purchase but won’t be purchasing from this seller again.

The seller did not deliver the goods and did not get a refund. I recovered the loss through PP.

The item arrived broken, I made multiple attempts to contact the seller via messages. No one ever reached out to attempt to replace, refund, or rectify the matter in anyway. Overall not pleased with the experience not only with this particular store/seller but Etsy in general. My wife didn’t care for the broken janky quality gift either so that was a bummer having to present that with her Xmas gifts.
