A Hobby Gone Wild

Jayne Roy began her love for stained glass 25 years ago. What began as a hobby in a home studio is now "a hobby gone wild" located in a commercial building, which is a welcoming environment for Jayne to share her passion with others. She has shared it with her family, her husband Bert and daughter Laurie, who have made it their dream as well.

Shipping cost includes packing, handling and insurance.

Once the item is in the hands of the shipper they become liable for any damages so long as you keep the original packaging. We usually go with USPS or UPS so check the labeling to know who to contact.

If an item comes to you broken, keep the packaging, take pictures, and call the shipper. If it just needs a repair you will need to find a local stained glass shop to give you a quote on the repairs and submit all of this to the shipper. The item was insured; therefore the shipper is responsible for any monetary value up to full cost of item (most of the time it covers shipping cost).

Quickest way is to call the number on the label and give them the tracking number. Best bet is to do this quickly and follow all their instructions. Glass is fragile but most of what we make can be repaired.
Refunds and Exchanges
We generally don't accept returns because of the fragile nature of the items, however if the item is shipped back to us fully insured and unbroken we will refund the cost of the item, not the shipping.

We will exchange so long as the item is shipped fully insured and then ship the exchanged item once agreement has been made on price adjusting and shipping costs.

If item get broken in the process of a refund or exchange we need to submit a claim, get the money from the shipper, then you will recieve your refund/exchange.

If the item is broken from shipping it is fully insured for the cost of the item and you are responsible for submitting the claim. see shipping policy for more information.

We get very heartbroken when something we've made ends up broken so we carefully box everything.
Additional policies and FAQs
We do most of our business from custom orders, therefore we welcome any inquiry for something special.

wholesalers are welcome, however our prices are close enough to wholesale but quantity has it's discounts.

No Suction Cups! Hang items with picture frame wire or chain from a cup hook that screws into woodwork.

Sadly enough, a man was so excited about the stained glass his wife ordered for him, he quickly hung it from a suction cup. Instantly it crashed down, denting his floor and broke almost every piece of glass in it. It hangs on our wall as a warning to all who want to use suction cups.
