Frequently asked questions
SHIPPING PRICE & POLICY
I ship out your paintings within 1-2 business days after I receive your payment. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details and expected delivery date. The painting will be shipped fully insured and packaged with the greatest care. I ship with USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. Their delivery time ranges from 2 to 3 business days. I will send all shipments to your ETSY address, therefore, please make sure your Etsy address is correct.
RETURN POLICY:
Your satisfaction is my main goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will offer a refund (less shipping) up to 7 days after receipt, on the condition that the piece is returned undamaged. Return shipping must be paid by the customer including insurance.
If your piece gets lost or damaged, I offer a replacement or a full refund. In case of damage, I require it is filed immediately upon the same day of arrival. Please take photos of the package and the damaged painting and send it to me so the case can be filed properly. Also, I do not take responsibility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to me. If the package is lost during returning process I will not Refund.
IS THE PAINTING SHIPPED READY TO HANG (STRETCHED)?
Yes. All of my paintings are stretched on wooden bars and can be hang right away over a nail or two (no need wire). They are painted on gallery wrapped canvas, no staples on the edges. The edges are painted with acrylic paint and can be easily changed to match your decor.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
I welcome custom orders, in the size and format you like! Just contact me and I will give you all the details.
It usually takes 1-2 weeks from the receipt of payment to complete and ship the painting. The photos will be emailed for approval right before shipment. If you won't like it I will issue a full refund no questions asked.
