They are design for longevity! To avoid damages, it’s highly recommended not to submerge in fluid or expose to any harsh weather conditions.

With wood pieces, wipe lightly with dry 100% cotton cloth. For soiled spots, dab and dry with a lightly damp cotton cloth. For metal parts (sterling silver and stainless steel stud post and hooks), sterilize with a non abrasive ear sanitizing solution using cotton pad or cloth before each wear. Shine with jewelry cleaning cloth to prevent or eliminate tarnish. Store earrings in covered packaging or container in a cool dry area after each use. If any irritation occurs please discontinue use.

Yes. All wholesale purchases, require your state Resale/Permit, Sales Tax License, Transaction Privilege or Use Tax license number. For orders of 6 or more items (NOT on SALE), discounts may be available. REFUND: I can refund items provided by my print shop only.

I cannot provide refunds on handmade/hand painted goods or artworks. If there are problems with your purchase, PLEASE LET ME KNOW and WE can work out a solution together. I accept jewelry exchanges within policy guidelines. For Europe, returns are accepted on unworn/unused jewelry.

EXCHANGES: Only "jewelry" of same or equal value can be exchanged. Contact store within 72 hours of receiving the product to notify. The entire content of the package must be intact, unworn/ unused, returned in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. Learn more in "Return & exchange" section.

If damaged during delivery, please contact within 72 hours of receiving.

I offer FREE repairs within 30 days of purchase. The Customer is responsible for mailing cost to Abstract Earrings & Accessories. It must be returned using delivery tracking. I will pay the returning shipping fee.

Any repairs made after the 30th day, there is a service fee of $10 plus all shipping cost payable by customer via Etsy (contact shop) or Paypal (abstractearrings@gmail.com).

Art is not perfection but reflective.

The earrings are made to complement each other more so than replicate. My work of arts are careful handcrafted and/or hand painted with quality materials. Paint brush strand fibers, glaze imperfections, contrasting paint specks, bead/wire finish imperfection may be present with your pieces however. I strive to leave each piece beautiful with an organic handmade feel and look.

I do my best to provide accurate product description and photographs with minimal mistakes. However, descriptions may slightly differ and colors of product may vary depending on your monitor. Some items may appear larger or smaller than the actual size so please refer to the "DESCRIPTION" detail section of each product.

Most jewelry purchase comes with free handmade packaging ready to give, free personal gifting message and care instructions. Other artwork arrives securely packaged to the best of my ability. I aim to provide a special experience :-)

For United States, I offer FREE First Class United States Postal Service (USPS) ground delivery with tracking service. All ships within 7 business day except for custom orders make take up to 14 days.

With International shipping I use USPS First Class International Package Service and there is no tracking and packages may take longer receive (up to 3-5 weeks) in some cases. Please be patient. Cost can be a bit steep but it's totally worth it, if your wondering!
