I'm a grandmother to four beautiful grand-children. I have been creating things for my children all my life and now I enjoy making the same things for my grandchildren.

Tutus and Headpieces is something I enjoy making. So I was encourage to make it available to other interested in my creations.

I love making cute little things for people and making them happy, so hopefully my work is what you've envision and come out also a happy customer :)

Payment
I accept Paypal as our Primary source of payment.

I DO NOT accept checks, Cashiers checks, or Money orders. Sorry for the inconvenience.

If payment is not received within 5 days, the order will be canceled.

Once your payment goes through, give us 2-4 days of work involve in the making of the item(s) just purchased. The days of course depends on how many items were ordered.
Shipping
Tutus and hairpieces are all shipped Priority Mail (2-3 days) USA ONLY! unless a shipping upgrade was paid for. International packages are shipped First Class unless a shipping upgrade was purchased.

I do not provide insurance unless you pay for it. ! CANNOT be responsible for packages lost and damaged in the mail. (which may occasionally happen) If you would like to invest in this service, don't hesitate in getting in contact with me to purchase an insurance for your items.

I do ship Internationally..........

HOWEVER, I CANNOT PROVIDE ANY TRACKING as it is not offered through the United States Postal Service unless EXPRESS shipping was paid for. I do not provide insurance if not paid for, and in some cases, it can not be provided. I ship First Class unless you pay for an upgraded shipping service. Shipping times are NOT GUARANTEED for International packages, unless it was shipped Express mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
I try our best to ship our products in a nice packaging. But I CANNOT be responsible for lost or damaged items in the mail that are not insured. I DO NOT provide insurance unless you pay for it. (sorry). PLEASE PURCHASE INSURANCE if you are worried about it. It has been known to happen.

SHIPPING costs WILL NOT be refunded. If you are in need to return the product you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Refunds that are issued are not given until the items have been returned and are in our possession. CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT be refunded due to the special nature of them.

With CUSTOM ORDERS I will try my best to match your color ideas, but color matching for a custom order to what you precisely had in mind is not guarantee. I'll try to get them as close as possible for what you envision.
