What happens if my item is lost or damaged during the shipping process?

I cannot control what happens to your item once it has shipped. If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, you will need to file a report with the postal agency responsible for handling your package. Of course, let me know if there is a problem with your item. Although I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping, I am happy to assist you in any way I can to help you settle the matter. In SOME cases, a refund or a new item can be shipped but this is not always the case. However, good communication and top notch customer service is my goal here. Be sure to contact me if there is a problem with your item.
