Shipping
• Average production turn time is 5-10 days depending on current sales volume. If you need a specific delivery date please convo me trough ETSY e-mail.

• Please be sure the CORRECT shipping address is listed on your invoice. We ship to the address you have listed.

• All Domestic Door Pillows are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Tracking is not automatically included with shipping.

• Please allow an additional 3-7 business days to receive your order once shipped.

• Most larger pillows and baskets are shipped via US Priority Mail...2-3 business day delivery after shipping.

• Abundant Haven is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Once your order leaves our studio and is in the hands of the postal service, we are not responsible for its safe arrival.

• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Due to the inconsistencies in shipping and tracking, we cannot advise on a delivery date and speedy passage through Customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
In-store credits or exchanges are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will work out an in-store credit for purchase amount, less shipping. No refunds for lost items.

Must be returned within 5 days.
Must be in original state it was received in, including packaging.
