About

Trash to Treasure. Hoarder to Decorator.

It started with a young girl seeing a skirt made of neckties for the first time. I was bound to create something just like it! With that I purchased 50 neckties and woke up the morning of my 15 birthday to wear my new necktie skirt. Since then I've owned over 2500 neckties, and crafted with even more! And it didn't stop with skirts! I made curtains, tea pot covers, Christmas tree skirts, aprons, and teddy bears! The ideas were limitless! But I realized my true passion lies not just in neckties, but int maximizing the potential from my sentimental hoarding. When I got married my husband and I toasted with glass bottles...I couldn't bring myself to throw away the bottles or the caps. And yet, now I have a neat candle arrangement hanging in my home, and earrings from the caps. When I fell in love with tea cups and started hoarding them from every Goodwill shop I could find. Now I have a beautiful lamp.
I've learned that I don't see items as they are. Or as everyone else sees them. I find purpose in them.
So please, send me your broken pottery and porcelain. Your sentimental trash that you want to hang onto. Your collection of t-shirts from college, your shredded blue jeans from your first bike wreck.
I have many a talent in my belt, between sewing, beading & jewelry, graphic design, photography, and many forms of crafting. I am a fearless creator and I want to re-purpose your life!
