I do transition planning with my students. One type of transition assessment we do is the Student Dream Sheet, which mainly wants to know what kind of job the student wants and where they would like to live. I love that this bundle acknowledges the physical, mental, spiritual, wealth, and happiness goals for life, unlike the Student Dream Sheet. Prosperity should be part of planning our student's future post-high school. Also, with learning being virtual, I prefer to scribe my planning than typing in another app. Therefore, the monthly journal sheets I have at home and in my classroom are precisely what I need to keep my days organized. Thank you!
