I went searching on Etsy for the perfect fall/rustic necklaces for my bridesmaids. I found these, and I couldn't have been happier with the transaction and the finished product. Sheri Rose was an outstanding vendor to work with! She helped me out with choosing the correct color with the pearl, kept me up to date with constant communication, and shipped the necklaces very quickly, even though there was absolutely no need to rush. I could tell she takes tremendous pride in her work and her business and strives to make her customers very happy. I love the necklaces, and I know my bridesmaids will love them, too. Thanks also for the extra acorn! I'm happy to be able to have my own to wear (after the wedding, of course, so I don't give away anything to the girls!). Very, very recommended!

For Custom Orders, I strive to get complete details from you, & send you 'mock-up' pictures before your payment & after I make the item before it ships. Custom orders are made using YOUR specifications & information & are, therefore, non-refundable.

Credit Cards via PayPal are cheerfully accepted. eChecks thru PayPal are accepted. These eCheck purchases will only be shipped once PayPal informs me that the eCheck has cleared & that it is OK to ship.

Please make sure your PayPal address is the same as your Etsy address.
If your Etsy & PayPal addresses aren't the same, please inform me which one to use. I will contact you once & if I don't hear from you in a timely manner, I will use the PayPal address.

Recently, many shipped purchases have been returned to me because of outdated addresses, even though I had contacted each Buyer with the shipping address that I was using. Therefore, when a package is returned to me undeliverable, there will be a charge of $3 via PayPal, for me to re-ship the package. So sorry this has become necessary, but every trip to the PO and the new postage costs me.

All items will be securely packaged by me (an experienced shipping packer) & shipped immediately via USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation. You will receive an email from me stating the shipping address you provided, WHEN the package will ship, and your Delivery Confirmation number (from me and/or PayPal) so that you may check to make sure your 'treasure' is indeed on it's way to you.

My policy is to treat my customers the same as I would like to be treated as a customer. So I will package your items to protect them from monster mashers, and get them in the mail ASAP on a weekday.

I like to get your purchase in the mail immediately. Generally, if payment is cleared by around 2:30pm on a WEEKDAY & the item is already made up, it can be in that same day's mail. After that time, it will be shipped on the next business WEEKDAY. If the item is a 'hot one', Custom, or requires 'set up' time, I may need a day or 2 to make it up & ship it.

If you need expedited shipping and/or insurance just let me know BEFORE you pay so that the amount can be adjusted. I'll do my best to accommodate your wishes. Once I hand over a package to the post office, it is no longer my responsibility for damages, loss, non-delivery, etc. This is where the Delivery Confirmation offers excellent benefit.

Duty & Customs fees are the responsibility of the International Buyer. If you decide you are not willing to pay your Customs fees, have the package returned to me for a refund (minus shipping fees). Refunds will only be paid when the package is in my hands & in their original shipping condition. If there are charges for the package to be returned to me, it will be your responsibility to pay those charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your purchase arrives other than as described (as in the wrong item, color, etc.), please convo me immediately. It may be returned within 7 days from your receipt only in UNUSED condition & in original protective packaging for an exchange or PayPal refund, minus shipping costs. Please return with Delivery Confirmation & convo that Del. Confirmation number to me so that I may know when to expect it & can track it. The refund will occur once the package is in my hands.

Custom orders are made using YOUR specifications & information & are, therefore, non-refundable. I strive to get complete details from you, & send you pictures before & after I make the item.

All of my Necklace chains and clasps are pre-tested for strength & workability before they are wrapped for shipping. It is my experience that normal, careful wearing of almost any Necklace will not cause it to just 'break'. If it gets caught on something and is pulled, of course it will break. That is not reason to expect a new, FREE chain. Getting it caught & pulled DOES happen in everyday wearing of necklaces, so I will be happy to send you a replacement chain for a fee, depending on the material of the necklace. Send me a convo & I will offer you a very reasonable deal on a replacement.
