AdaSuzanne's Shop Policies
Hello and welcome to my shop. I hope you will find lots to love.
All items in the shop are designed and made by me using quality materials and construction techniques. I source materials from reputable suppliers and make items that will stand the test of time.
Many items are made with vintage fabric and they may be one-of-a-kind, so I cannot guarantee to make a duplicate if your favorite item is sold.
I accept PayPal for all sales. If payment is not complete and I haven't heard from you in 3 working days, then I will consider the transaction cancelled and will relist the item. Please convo me if you have any questions.
I aim to ship within 2 days of receiving payment. If your item is a custom order, then it will be shipped within 3-5 days of receipt of payment. If I am not able to adhere to this schedule, I will convo you.
Your item will be shipped using Royal Mail, First Class Postage.
Approximate delivery times are: UK 2-3 days, Europe 4-7 days, USA and elsewhere 7-10 days.
Please be aware that during holiday times, delivery may take longer.
Shipping will be to the address listed with PayPal.
Customs and other import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
I am unable to offer guarantee of delivery once the item leaves my premises. If you want to upgrade the postage from First Class to 'signed for' delivery, please convo me and I will adjust the postage for you with pleasure.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you read the item specification carefully prior to ordering, I am sure you will be pleased. If there is a problem please contact me. I will offer exchanges or refunds minus shipping costs if you contact me immediately upon receipt and the item is returned in excellent, unused condition. Returns are not accepted on custom items unless I have made a mistake in measurement or construction.
