5 out of 5 starsUnfortunately my order arrived broken (completely on the fault of USPS who did nothing about it) but the seller was super kind and gracious. The product I had ordered was sold out and I was offered anything else from the shop, but I wasn’t interested in anything else so she very kindly gave me a refund. The bowl, despite being broken, was lovely and super well made though and I don’t fault the seller at all. It was packaged very carefully so it couldn’t have been broken easily, the box literally just got smashed so clearly it was handled poorly along the way.
