Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns/Exchanges:
I am confident that you will be happy with your item. However, if you are not, please contact me and we can discuss all options. Product must be postmarked no later than 7 business days after receiving your item and it must be unused and in it's original packaging. Refunds will be processed once item is received by me and verified that it has not been used. Return/exchange shipping costs must be paid for by the buyer.
Payment
Pre-orders and custom orders cannot be cancelled once purchased. However, I do accept returns/exchanges if there is a problem with your order.
Shipping
Shipped via USPS within 1-3 business days of order. Shipping to countries outside of the USA may take up to 4 weeks for you to receive your item/s. International packages do not have tracking information or insurance so once it leaves the USA, I am unable to locate it for you. If your package happens to get lost in the post, I cannot be held responsible. If you would like tracking and/or insurance added to your shipping cost, please contact me prior to purchasing your item so that we can discuss. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees charged by your customs office. I can't mark packages as a "gift" to avoid customs fees.

Buyers with a New York State address will automatically be charged an 8.75% sales tax on their purchase.
