My name is Maria and my philosophy is to treat you like a friend, with love and respect.
I know that my shop is new and I don't have much feedback yet, but we all started out like this, didn’t we?
I really love creating things of beauty and seeing them worn by happy faces, so I’ll do my best to keep you pleased, that much I can guarantee!
I accept only PayPal as a payment method (www.paypal.com). This is an online secure payment system which is very easy to use.
It is not necessary to have an account in order to pay via PayPal, you can pay directly through their site by credit card. If you have any questions, please contact me and I’d be happy to help you out, I also needed help the first time using it.
Please make sure to make your payment within 3 days of the purchase. After 3 days, you will receive a reminder from me via Convo. All non-paid transactions within 7days of purchase will be canceled.
I’m impatient to spread my creations around the world, so I ship worldwide!
The shipping method for all items -unless otherwise requested- is: A' Priority Registered Air Mail with tracking number through the Hellenic Post.
I ship twice a week, usually on Mondays and Fridays. Please contact me if you need something urgently.
I will post the items to your Etsy address unless otherwise requested.
As customs regulations vary from one country to another, customs fees are entirely the buyer's responsibility.
International packages can get stuck in customs so please be patient.
All items are sent in a unique box ready to be given as a gift and in an air bubble envelope in order to get to you securely.
Greece: 4$ and 0,5$ for each additional item
Everywhere else: 6$ and 0,5$ for each additional item
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase or service for any reason, please send me a message before leaving a negative or neutral feedback. My shop is new and I pay great attention to customer satisfaction. Feedback is very important to me; so, please do contact me if you are not happy, and think twice before leaving negative feedback. Of course, feel free to leave a positive one if you are satisfied with your purchase!
I pay close attention to each piece before they are on their way to you. But just in case, my store policy includes repair, replacement (except one of a kind items) or refund, if there is a mistake from my end.
Please read the item descriptions, size and length carefully before you order.
An item can only be returned within 10 days of shipment. This is only to protect myself from "wear and return". Return shipping costs will be responsibility of the customer.
