In my store, I use, collect and process personal data to provide the service, personalize the content of advertisements and coupons, and analyze traffic in my store. You can read the details of the applicable regulations, which entered into force on 25/05/2018, so as to give you full knowledge and comfort in using my store. Please see the information below:

GDPR
On May 25, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / WE (commonly referred to as "GDPR"). The GDPR will apply to the same extent in all European Union countries.

What is personal data?
According to the GDPR, personal data is information about an identified or identifiable natural person. In the case of purchases in my store, it is data such as: e-mail address and data needed for shipping.

The basis and purpose of the processing
The processing of personal data requires a legal basis. The GDPR provides for several types of such legal grounds for data processing, and in the case of a purchase in my store:
1. Necessity of processing to conclude or perform a contract to which you are a party. The contract is, in our case, the terms and conditions of a given service. Therefore, if I conclude a contract with you for the implementation of a given service (sale of products), I can process your data to the extent necessary to perform this contract. Without this option, I would not be able to provide you with the service, and you would not be able to use it.
2. Necessity of processing for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or by a third party. This basis for data processing applies to cases where their processing is justified due to my justified needs as an entrepreneur, which includes, among others, marketing and promotion of my own services.

As part of my store, your data will be processed only if I have one of the legal bases permitted by the GDPR and only for the purpose adapted to the given basis, as described above. I do not transfer your data to third parties. Your data will be processed until there is a basis for their processing - if the data is necessary for the performance of the contract - for the duration of its performance, and if the basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator - until this legitimate interest exists.

Your rights
According to the GDPR, you have the following rights to your data and their processing: you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to transfer data, object to data processing and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - GIODO. The above rights are also valid if the data is processed correctly by the administrator.
