• Niobium Ear Wires •
If you have ears that are allergic to certain metals you may still be able to wear our jewelry. We offer niobium ear wires, which are tolerable to many who are normally sensitive to other metals. If you would like your ear wires replaced with this metal, click on the section called, "Add Niobium Ear Wires." You will see information and photos showing the various colors in which niobium wires are available as well as an option that allows you to buy this service. You will need to buy the service for each pair of earrings you want changed. We will then add the ear wire color you have chosen and ship them to you with this custom feature.
• Custom Orders •
Custom orders are our specialty, so feel free to contact us if you'd like something made from scratch or if you have a favorite piece of jewelry you'd like renewed or transformed into something that suits you better.

• How To Send & Receive Convos •
In order to send a Convo, go to my shop and on the right-hand side, down a bit, you'll see a section heading: "AdornMeJewelry's info." Under that you'll see a link: "contact AdornMeJewelry." Click on that and send your message.
In order to retrieve Convos, look up at the top of your page, on the same line as your shopping cart, and you'll see a section right next to Your Etsy called "Conversations." Bingo! You must, of course, be an Etsy member in order to send or receive Convo private messages.

Our next shipping day will be Saturday, August 24, 2013.
Your order will be shipped from the States generally every other week, free of shipping charges, and will automatically be sent to the address on your Etsy account unless you write us a note otherwise.
We recycle bubble wrap. We make sure it is in good condition and not dirty. If this is undesirable to you, let us know in a Convo and we'll be sure to use new for your order.

We buy sturdy boxes to help ensure that your jewels arrive in good condition -- despite some occasional mishandling by the post office. The reports we've had from customers say that those boxes are the only things that protected some pretty nasty transit damages to the packaging. Unless you write to request insurance, at an extra fee (the cost and availability of which differs according to country), we will not be responsible for loss or destruction on its way to you, but we do buy delivery confirmation tracking for all orders and will do what we can to resolve any problems.
International orders. We cannot be responsible for customs fees you may be required to pay on international orders. These are not charges Adorn Me adds. Please be aware of your country's policies and what charges may be incurred. Your package will be marked accurately, according to price and contents. We are not allowed to list your purchase as a gift as it is against the law.
Refunds and Exchanges
In the event that there is a problem with the item you've purchased, we will accept the unused merchandise, in its original condition, but please contact us immediately, either by Convo or email, letting us know which item you purchased and what the problem is. This must be done before returning an item as the return address may be different from the original shipping address. Returns may take up to three weeks to process, and we do not reimburse for our original shipping costs.
Every effort is made to photograph and describe all items accurately, and because we want you to be happy, we are more than willing to take extra photos if needed, or measure, answer questions about our products. Just ask. :)
