Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

*All sells are FINAL unless there is a problem with the item. Please let me know right away so we can figure out what the next step is.

*Please choose your item carefully. Once you received your order please contact me and let me know if there's a problem with the item to fix it or replace it.

*After 7 days of receiving your order there will be NO refund or exchange of any kind and/or if the item has been previously used.

*Please make sure the shipping address is the correct one, there will be no refunds for missing orders.

*if you are returning an item I agreed to take back, it must be returned within 3 business days. I will refund the money when the item comes back to me in the condition it was sent. I do not refund original shipping costs or the cost to return the item unless there was a defect or the wrong item sent. You must give a tracking number for proof of shipment.

*i am not responsible if a package comes to you in a mess from the post office, the post office is responsible...

I ship First Class and USPS Priority with tracking, rush orders by request for additional fee.
If the Post Office says "Delivered" on your package and you did not receive it, you must contact the Post Office. It is out of my control once I mail your package.
