The shoes I bought are just as cute as can be! They fit perfectly and are in great shape, even better than I expected. They were carefully and beautifully packaged, and shipped quickly. Hailey even included a very nice handwritten note and was very communicative throughout. Overall, a great experience!

Returns and exchange details
Due to the previously-owned nature of our items, we do not accept returns on items that do not fit. All measurements are listed in the description of each item. Please refer to item description before finalizing purchase. Flaws, if any, will be explicitly listed in the description.
If you are not happy with your purchase PLEASE contact us. We at Adornment want to make sure that you as a customer are 100% pleased with your purchase and satisfied with our services. If you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to issue an exchange or credit. You have 14 days to contact Adornment regarding an exchange. After 14 days we are unable to issue the exchange. All sale or discounted items are final sale. No exchanges will be made for any sale or discounted items that are purchased.

Shipping to Canada is always the same as the U.S., except for coats, boots, shoes, and packages over 4 lbs.
We combine shipping, meaning we charge $2.00 for extra item. We exclude boots, shoes and coats for U.S. and Canada only.
International shipping rates are shipped USPS Flat Rate International Priority Mail. Combined shipping rate is also added to International shipping. Shipping may take longer then 3 to 5 business days depending on where the item is shipped to.
All items shipped to Turkey require priority shipping.
International bidders, please be aware that custom duties and taxes are sometimes a part of buying internationally and are the responsibility of the buyer. We can not prevent or predict when they will happen. Please do not ask Adornment to falsify customs forms.
Adornment is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. If there is a delay in shipping and you feel as though your package has been lost please contact us or post office to verify tracking.

Every piece is rated excellent, great or in good condition. Excellent means the item has zero defects and is 100% free of any defects. Great condition means the item has a few defects but nothing major. Good condition means the item has various defects. We will list all defects and post photos of any flaws. Please contact us if you need further information on possible imperfections. We will be more than happy to send photos and answer any concerning questions.
Adornment will not hold items without full payment. We are more than happy to hold any items that have already been purchased to ship on a later date.
Props are not for sale, unless otherwise stated in the description. However if there is something you like in a photograph you can always feel free to ask if it is for sale.
