I want you to be thrilled with your purchase. That being said, please be sure you love the print BEFORE you purchase it. Once your order is placed, there is a period of three days in which you may cancel your order should you change your mind. Once your print is shipped, no refund will be given.

I package my prints very carefully to ensure their arrival in perfect condition. However, should your print arrive to you damaged, please send me a photo of the damaged print, and I will be happy to send a replacement. I cannot be responsible for damage incurred in unrolling a large print.

Please be aware that because of differences in computer monitors and settings, the print you receive may vary in color from what you see on your screen. My computer monitor is calibrated on a weekly basis, and the colors in the print you receive are as I intend them to be.

Payments will be accepted via PayPal, check, and money order. Checks and money orders should be made out to Adrianne Kimbrell, and checks must clear the bank before the order will be processed. Please contact me for the address. Georgia residents will be charged state sales tax.

If payment is not made within five days, the order will be cancelled.

Items in my shop are professionally printed once your order is placed. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, except during the Holidays when delivery times could be a little longer.

All orders within the continental US will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Orders outside the continental US will be shipped USPS First Class. Custom fees on international orders are NOT included in the shipping charge and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Small prints are shipped in an envelope with plenty of packaging to prevent bends and creases. Large prints are shipped rolled in a heavy duty tube, and they will be curled upon arrival. You will be emailed instructions and advice on unrolling and flattening your print.

If you purchase multiple items, I will combine items that can be bundled in one shipment. Bundling depends on the size of the prints. A small print cannot be bundled with a large print. If I am able to bundle your order, I will refund to you via PayPal part of the shipping charge.

My prints are all about the texture--lots and lots of texture. I offer small prints, but honestly, it's the large prints that show the texture the best.

Some of the prints offered here are available in other sizes. Please contact me if you see something you love that isn't offered in a size you like.
