As always, amazing quality from AetherObjects. I bought their cathedral set during the kickstarter and those were gorgeous as well. The spellwave set is something that just has to be seen in person, it's my favorite set I own (and I hoard dice)

I had no interactions with customer service other than automated messages. Item shipped late and arrived late but was incredibly well packaged and protected. This is a fantastic piece. It has great presentation packaging and the etching on it is sharp and crisp. It makes a perfect addition to my other display pieces.
