Custom and personalized orders
Yes, If your color option is not available, please provide color swatches or color details in the notes when placing your order. If color variations are important please provide a color swatch and we'll do our best to match it.
Ship by dates/Need By date
We respectfully ask for 2-3 weeks of processing time. All order receipts provide you with a "ship by date". and will be shipped on or before that date unless we are notified and approve your "need by date". Expedited shipping and prep charges may apply for an expedited order. Please help us provide you with excellent service by placing your order in a timely manner.
Returns/Exchanges
Because of the custom nature of our work, we only accept returns/exchanges due to defects, damage, or if the wrong item was shipped in error. RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ITEMS MUST NOT BE OPENED OR REMOVED FROM SEALED PLASTIC SLEEVES.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We have little to no influence over shipping delays. We recommend that you allow additional travel time for your orders to arrive. We are currently still processing on a 2-3 week basis. We are doing our best to ensure that your items are shipped on time based on the proposed shipping time provided by USPS Priority and Priority Express mail however, we can not guarantee shipping times, nor will we take responsibility for carrier delays. Please plan accordingly. Customers are also welcome to request UPS or FEDEX.
WHEN YOUR BROOM ARRIVES
Remove it from the shipping box and inspect it for damage, ensure that the item is the correct item ordered, prior to removing the broom from the sealed plastic sleeve. Items removed from the clear sleeve are NOT eligible for return or replacement. All claims must be made within 3-5 days of arrival and returned within 14 days of approval. Credits or refunds will not be issued until the returned item arrives.
Custom and personalized orders
If the item does not provide a personalization option, the item may not be eligible for personalization. We do offer a number of other options to personalize your broom. such as plates, Legacy wings lockets, and others. These items are sold separately.
shipping Cost
Shipping rates are not determined by us, we use calculated shipping when shipping with particular carriers. Calculated shipping uses our location, the buyer’s location, and the item’s size and weight to automatically generate shipping costs. Most items over $35 ship free with standard shipping. Express orders are a customer's responsibility.
