After attempting to build my own ... and looking at the price of a rental, this was my choice and there are no regrets. The phone came quickly, was packaged immaculately and uploaded seamlessly as per the detailed instructions. Although the wedding isn't until April, I have changed the message, practiced a few fake messages in several noise conditions and everything records and plays back beautifully. While "playing around" with the recording options, operator error caused an odd glitch in the sound quality. I sent a message asking for advice and not only got an immediate response, but received a personal phone call that helped me identify the issue and correct it. This is the real deal. Thanks so much for such a comprehensive package and customer care.
