Payment
We accept PayPal and credit cards. Your payment must be cleared before customization or shipping.

There are NO REFUNDS/ CANCELLATION on items already processed.
Shipping
All orders are shipped through USPS.

If you need rush shipping, please message us and we will adjust your shipping total and get your order to you as soon as possible.

Please make note of the processing time given on each listing. "Custom order" may take longer to process than "Ready to Ship" (it also depends on the quantity).

International buyer: Please contact us for shipping rate. Customs fees and taxes for international orders are the buyer's responsibility.
Refunds and Exchanges
