The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
RETURNS:

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the buyer unless agreed upon between the seller and buyer.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned, undamaged for a refund. A refund minus the cost paid for shipping will be applied to the initial method of payment.

Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns for buyers remorse.

Our item descriptions are quoted as accurately as possible. Clear photographs are taken and we do our very best to describe each item and to indicate any major defects, crazing, repairs or damage.

Every item we offer is unique and we encourage buyers to contact us with any possible questions they may have. We will be happy to answer you as quickly as possible.


BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

We package our items with the utmost care to ensure their safe delivery to your home, however, long journeys sometimes involve many hands which can lead to accidents, broken or damaged items.

If you receive broken or damaged items, we will reimburse you the cost of the items LESS shipping providing you fulfill the following criteria :

1. Contact us immediately upon receipt of the item(s) and inform us of the situation

2. Provide us with photographs of the damaged items and packaging.

Once the above criteria is met, REFUNDS are issued via PAYPAL or your original method of payment and are processed within 3 business days.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns. We are always very open to working with buyers and strive to provide excellent customer service.
We always pride ourselves on fast and absolute courteous service and continue to maintain those standards. We will do everything in our power to make your business transaction with us a pleasant one.
Payment
We happily accept payment via PayPal as well as Direct Checkout through Etsy. Please know that your payment is SAFE AND SECURED, as Etsy will NEVER disclose your credit card information. You can use your credit card even if you don't have a PayPal account. Note: All of our prices include sales tax.
Shipping
Items are shipped through a company who takes our parcels to the US, and then are shipped through USPS. Most items to the US take 3-4 Business days to arrive. All parcels delivered to the US receive a tracking number so you can track your package.
I ship most parcels on Mondays and Thursdays.

For International Shipping:

I am happy to ship internationally. Please advise if you would like to upgrade your shipping to include Tracking. Most prices for International shipments do not include Tracking, and can take 4-5 weeks to arrive.

Lost items may be refunded minus shipping costs, after a reasonable wait period.

Note: We are not responsible for postal or customs delays.
Buyers are responsible for any duty or custom charges if applicable.
Note to international buyers: Some countries may charge VAT and/or customs and/or additional charges on imported items. These additional charges are not included in my listing prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. My shop does not collect or profit from these additional charges. All items purchased from my shop will be marked as merchandise and valued at the actual purchase price on customs forms.

If you have any questions about customs/VAT/taxes, please check with your local government/customs authorities for more information. Thank you.

Note: I am not responsible for how long it takes for an international purchase to arrive. International arrival times could largely depend upon the item getting through the purchasers customs or the delivery method.

***INTERNATIONAL BUYERS please be aware that I am unable to be responsible for any fees that your postal company in your country of residence requires. Please look into what fees are required at your local post office BEFORE purchasing from our shop. Any fees charged by your customs office are the responsibility of the buyer and not Ella's Attic Vintage. If you're unaware about policies or additional fees please contact your local postal office to familiarize yourself with any added costs that need to be paid on arrival in order to receive your package.
