4 out of 5 starsItem states just a free canva account yet this document has several images that are part of canva pro. Had to then heavily modify to keep the same layout and look. Underwhelmed.

We apologize for the amount of editing you had to do with a free account. We state in every item description that Canva changes which elements are free and which are pro constantly, so we are are unfortunately unable to keep up with those changes and cannot guarantee that all elements will be in Canva’s free version at time of purchase. However, we are always happy to do what it takes to make our customers happy so please don’t hesitate to reach out if there is anything further we can do.

From time to time Canva will change which elements are free and which are premium. We cannot guarantee all elements will be free at the time of purchase. Rest assured, we try to be diligent in preventing this. However, if your template purchase contains a vital element with the Canva watermark across it, let us know and we will work to replace it with an equivalent free element.
