Announcement   "Have nothing in your houses that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful." ~William Morris (1834-1896) artist, writer, designer.

Simple - Beautiful - Functional
These three things, when fit together, bring great satisfaction to me. I love and appreciate the work and skill that goes into creating the necessities of life in such a way that they are pleasing to the eyes and a delight to the senses. This is one of my goals as a merchant and an artisan.

I hope to combine my fondness for old fashioned style, my affection for paper materials and books, with my enthusiasm for needle-crafted items.

Inspiration is all around us, but usually comes to me through the shapes and colors found in nature, the needs of our everyday lives, and the spontaneity and designs of my children.

Whether or not you find something here that tickles your fancy, I hope you enjoy your visit and return again to "browse the aisles".

Please feel free to convo me if you have questions, comments, or requests regarding anything here in my shop.

May pleasant days and peaceful nights find you. :)

"Creativity is not the finding of a thing, but the making something out of it after it is found." ~James Russell Lowell (1819-1891)

Thank you for stopping by and showing an interest in the items showcased in my shop! Whether it's handcrafted or a vintage item, everything listed is something that I am fond of for a particular reason and it has been chosen or created with purpose and care.

You can be assured that all has been photographed and described as accurately as possible and to the best of my ability. And my wish is that every individual who purchases from my shop would end up satisfied and would like to return. So, please convo me with any and all questions you may have before you make your purchase. I will do my best to reply in a timely manner.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
Payment
Currently, I am accepting Pay Pal and major credit cards. Payment is expected to be made upon purchase.
Shipping
Your item will be shipped within 3-4 business days of receipt of payment using either USPS or UPS upon my discretion depending on the item purchased.

If you wish to insure your item please let me know before your purchase and prices will be adjusted to reflect that.
Refunds and Exchanges
Items can be considered for a refund if I am contacted within 2 days from the date on which the item is received, and if postmarked within 5-6 business days from date of receipt.

Vintage items and collectibles are sold "as is" so these, as well as made-to-order items will not be refundable.

I would like all my customers to be satisfied so, again, communication is crucial during the purchasing, payment, and shipping process. I will try my best to accommodate your requests and needs as long as they are within reason.

I cannot be held responsible for damages or losses that occur during shipping or after an item has been received.
